Hong Kong Bay Mooncake 香港香老夫子月饼

Mid Autumn Festival is held on the 15th day of the 8th month according to the Chinese lunar calendar. Every year, consumers are spoilt for choice when it comes to the mooncakes. This year, Hong Kong Bay launch the Old Master Q Musang King Omochi Mooncake & Musang King Icy Mochi.
每逢的农历8月15就是华人的传统节日之一的中秋节。如今，大众都被市场上过多的月饼选择而宠坏了。源自香港的香港香推出了几款突破传统的月饼，最为令人期待的莫过于就是由有水果之王之称的榴莲为主的两款月饼啦，老夫子顶级猫山王冰皮月饼与冰Q猫山王月饼回来啦！

Old Master Q Musang King Icy Mochi 老夫子冰Q猫山王

As a durian lover, it's a great opportunity to treat myself with this and so I decided to try their Old Master Q Musang King Icy Mochi. The Musang King Icy Mochi is shaped like a durian with prickly thorn. It need be placed in freezer for storage and leave it at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before consume (Suggested by the staff).

身为榴莲爱好者，这款猫山王榴莲无可否认的是一个不可错过的产品也是一个对自己最好的中秋节礼物啦~ 所以我决定了购买他们的人气爆品 - 老夫子冰Q猫山王来品尝。这款月饼的造型特别可爱诱人- 带有刺的冰皮的外形。这猫山王月饼必须冷藏在雪柜里，品尝前必须从雪柜里取出摆放大约5分钟（店员建议）。

Personally, the combination of glutinous rice and durian surprise my taste buds simply enjoy the flavorful experience. For myself, I feel it tastes even better when the mochi sit for a longer time (around 10 mins) at room temperature. This is because the chewy texture of mochi makes it wholly unforgettable.

Omochi（糯米）冰皮与榴莲的搭配让无可否认是一个非常新鲜的搭配，它也完美的刺激到我的挑剔的味蕾啦~ 个人认为，将月饼从雪柜取出后摆放于室内温度更长的时间（约~10分钟）更是美味，因为麻糬的嫩Q，嫩Q口感更加强烈了，让人更是难以忘记，回味无穷~
